Our jewelry is made using beautiful gemstones, lovely freshwater pearls, and Swarovski Crystal in many shapes, sizes, and colors. We also use unique glass lampwork beads. Sterling Silver, Bali, and Copper are also used in many of our pieces.
Each piece is handmade, making it individul and unique. To ensure the originality of our creations each piece has a very limited quantity available. We gladly welcome special orders and will do all that we can to meet special requests. Simply email us with your special requests.
Each Nella Creation includes a Sterling Silver signature "Nella" tag in the design, (with the exception of rings and earrings!) and is beautifully wrapped before being carefully packaged for shipping.

Each Nella Creations piece is 100% guaranteed for 1 year from the date it is shipped to you. If your jewelry breaks we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Simply send all beads and components back to us.

Refund:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Nella's within 5 days for an exchange, replacement, or refund. Item must be returned within 15 days. Item must be in the original, undamaged condition in which they were received. Buyer pays shipping for items returned to Nella's. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm the return arrangements. Custom orders are final sale.

Restringing:
We offer restringing of items not purchased from Nella Creations, the cost is $1.00 per inch. Please email us with a detailed description of what you would like done. We will contact you within 12 hours to discuss final instructions.
